Free delivery is available for UK addresses for any order which exceeds £30 (for goods only). For orders under £30, standard p&p is charged at £2.45 and usually takes 2-4 working days (but can be longer at Christmas).
For UK orders, next day delivery is available at a charge of £8.95 for any orders received by 1pm for delivery the next working day. Please note: As Saturdays are not deemed a 'working day' orders received on Friday are Guaranteed for Monday Delivery. If you require a Guaranteed Saturday Delivery please contact us by telephone or email as above and we will endeavour to find a solution, in this instance p&p charges may vary.
In most instances we send our UK parcels via Royal Mail 48 or for an extra charge Royal Mail First Class Delivery . We also use Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier Services for large parcels or parcels that require a Guaranteed delivery time.
A signature is required for Special Delivery or Large Courier Items. You can choose to have your parcel sent to a different shipping address to the billing address if you so wish.
Due to our carriers restrictons 'breakable' items such as ceramic , china & porcelaine mugs, plates, bowls, cake stands, etc are not insured for Overseas Delivery. Therefore they are purchased at the customers own risk. We will endeavour to make sure that the parcel is packaged as securely as possible in order to minimise any potential for breakages.
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item and would like an exchange or a refund, please return it within 14 days in it's original packaging and condition for a full refund. Goods returned after 14 days but within 28 days will be entitled to a cloth-ears voucher to the equivalent value. Please make sure that you keep a proof of postage as we cannot be liaible for Returns that fail to reach us. Our return address is:-

Usually after being advised of dispatch your parcel should be with you within 1-2 working days (this can be longer during the busy Christmas period). For Europe your parcel should take upto 7 working days, Rest of the World upto 10 working days.
If the parcel has been sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For, your parcel can only be deemed 'lost' 15 working days after it was due to be delivered. For deliveries to Europe - 20 working days. For the Rest Of The World - 25 working days.
If in the unfortunate event this occurs we will resend or refund only after this period.
